Lip Sync Problems
In a previous post i have posted the head of a character that i was going to add lip sync to, after a lot of messing about i found that i had made the moth of my character too big. This meant that i was not able to model the lips properly. I shall post the new head and all the different mouth shapes very soon.

Invisible Architecture

The above pictures are the start of my invisible architecture project at university. My Idea is to create pixel art in a 3D environment. I will be recreating classic game scenes from 8, 16, 32 and 64 bit games. I will be combining 2D pixel art work with 3D art work. When I have completed the scenes I will taking renders from different angles to show how the work differs depending on the view, the two render views I have in mind at the moment are a traditional 2D look (front view) and a top left perspective view.
I have just started this project as you can see in the screenshots above and have come across a problem. I am unsure whether to create the character of Mario as a single plain and colour each segment to create the pixel look; or whether to go the traditional way and create the pixel art block by block.
I will have ago at each way, but I think I already know the single blocks to create the work will look better as it won’t look as clean and will add a character to the work and stays true to the pixel art even though out of the two ways I expect it to be more time consuming just on the practice I have done already.
